Step 1: Combine undrained tomatoes,water,Chili powder,and ground coriander in a medium bowl and set aside.
Step 2: In the bottom of a 5 quart slow cooker, place potatoes,corn,green beans,and onions.
Step 3: Pour tomato mixture over vegetables,then top with cubed pork.
Step 4: Sprinkle pork with garlic powder and black pepper.
Step 5: Cook on low for 8 hours ans serve with your favorite crusty bread.
