Step 1: Brown chicken pieces slowly in salad oil and remove from skillet.
Step 2: In same skillet cook onion and celery just until tender, but not browned.
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Place chicken in baking pan, and pour sauce over all pieces.
Step 5: Bake uncovered in 325 degree F oven, for approximately 1 hour.
Step 6: Baste with sauce after 30 minutes, and just before serving.
