Step 1: Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Step 2: Add onion, chili powder and cayenne.
Step 3: Cook for about 10 minutes, until onions are soft.
Step 4: Stir in ketchup, honey, vinegar and mustard.
Step 5: Gently simmer another 10 minutes.
Step 6: Taste, and add salt and pepper, if needed.
