Step 1: On low to medium low heat in a large Dutch oven combine soup,water,and potatoes.
Step 2: Then mix in ham & broccoli.
Step 3: Add seasonings and stir well.
Step 4: Then add milk and cheese,stirring until cheese is melted and chowder is heated through.
Step 5: If desired,top individual servings with French Fried Onions
