Step 1: Prebake the pie shell according to package directions.
Step 2: In the bowl of an electric mixed blend the cream cheese and condensed milk together. Add lemon juice and blend. Add vanilla and blend.
Step 3: Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Step 4: The next day, pour the cherry pie filling on top and chill until served.
