Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 finely chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 2 cups milk
- 200 grams tuna (or 200 grams salmon)
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1 pinch ground pepper
How to Make

Step 1: In a large bowl beat together eggs, milk, flour.

Step 2: Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3: Pour into 30cm pie plate and bake at 190 deg C until the top is brown - usually about 35 to 40 minutes.

Step 4: Serve hot or cold.
