Step 1: In a large bowl, beat eggs until very thick & creamy. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in milk & Bailey's.
Step 2: Whip cream in another bowl until it holds soft peaks. Stir whipped cream into egg mixture.
Step 3: Chill until ready to serve & stir again just before serving (I like to dust the top w/nutmeg).
