Step 1: Fill a large saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil. Add the peas and cook for 2-3 minutes; drain well.
Step 2: Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the peas, garlic, slivered shallot, curry powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and warmed through, 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Add the cilantro and lime juice; toss to combine.
