Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound spinach, fresh, washed stems removed
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil or vegetable oil (or a combination)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Place spinach in a large pot of boiling water cook 1 minute. Remove, drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 2: Drain again and pat dry to remove excess moisture.

Step 3: Chop the spinach coarsely.

Step 4: Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, add in spinach and toss to coat.
