Step 1: Sift flour into a med-sized bowl, add rice & toss to mix slightly. Add egg, milk, green onion + prawns. Stir to combine.
Step 2: Heat oil in a large frying pan, drop by heaping tablespoons into oil & use a soup spoon (or an equivalent) dipped in the oil to flatten the fritters.
Step 3: Cook on both sides until golden brown & drain on absorbent paper. Repeat until all fritters are cooked, adding more oil as necessary during cooking.
Step 4: To Serve: Serve hot w/a sauce of choice such as shrimp cocktail sauce, tarter sauce, etc.
