Step 1: In a small bowl combine soup,1/2 cup water,garlic powder,and pepper and set aside.
Step 2: Place potatoes and 1/2 cup of water in a deep skillet over medium low to medium heat and cover with lid;cook potatoes until almost tender,about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Drain and set aside,in the same skillet add oil,diced bratwurst, and onions.
Step 4: Cook until brats or lightly browned and onion is softened.
Step 5: Return potatoes to pan,add soup mixture and green beans(or peas),mix well.
Step 6: Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 7: Stir in cheese until melted (Top with extra cheese if desired).
