Step 1: Whisk all ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer, or about 2-3 minutes, until glossy and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Step 2: Use immediately to coat vegetables, chicken, fish, or tofu.
