Step 1: Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Step 2: Place chicken in the flour mixture and press well to coat chicken.
Step 3: Place saute pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and butter.
Step 4: Add garlic slices and chicken pieces. Saute on both sides until lightly browned.
Step 5: Add the beef broth and wine, and bring to a boil.
Step 6: Cover pan, and turn heat to medium-low. After a few minutes, lift cover and stir a bit.
Step 7: Cover pan again, and allow to cook for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 8: Taste for seasoning, and add more salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired. Garnish with parsley and serve.
