Jamaican Marinade For Pork

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup rum (dark Jamaican rum)
- 1 large lime (juiced)
- 1 scotch bonnet (or habanero pepper, seeded and minced)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 green onions, chopped
How to Make

Step 1: Slowly add the olive oil to the jerk seasoning stirring with a wire whisk. Then add all remaining ingredients.

Step 2: Use to marinate pork chops.
