1/4 cup coffee liqueur (Tia Maria, or 1/4 cup of another coffee liqueur of your choice)
1 1/2 cups brewed coffee (hot & strong)
1/4 cup whipping cream
How to Make
Step 1:
Divide the 2 liqueurs equally between 2 tall glasses & mix well.
Step 2:
Fill each glass equally w/the hot coffee & top w/whipped cream.
COOKS TIP #1: The recipe suggested a garnish using a thin "after-dinner style" chocolate mint cut diagonally & inserted into the whipped cream topping. While the pic is visually stunning, simple chocolate shavings would work just as well for me
COOKS TIP #2: "Use coffee strong enough so as not to taste watery or be too diluted by the liqueurs, but weaker than espresso
