Step 1: In a large 10 inch skillet over medium heat,crumble ground beef into skillet and add onion.
Step 2: Sprinkle garlic and chili powder over beef/onion mixture and cook until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Step 3: While beef is browning,crumble noodles and cook according to package directions then drain and set aside.
Step 4: After beef has browned drain and return to skillet then add drained corn and mix well.
Step 5: Add drained noodles and seasoning packet to meat/corn mixture mixing until everything is well coated.
Step 6: Turn off heat and sprinkle with cheese and cover with lid and let set just for a couple of minutes or until cheese is slightly melted.
