Ingredients
- 1 can (14 ounce) unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh gingerroot (crushed)
- 2 jalapeno peppers (deseeded minced)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 lime (zested and juiced)
- 1/8 cup fresh minced cilantro
- CHICKEN
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts (four breasts)
How to Make

Step 1: Mix everything for marinade. Add in the chicken then chill overnight.
