Step 1: In a large pot over medium high heat saute the sausages (5 minutes or so).
Step 2: Stir in potato, onion and rosemary and continue cooking, stirring another 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
Step 3: Stir in peas and the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until peas are tender (50-60 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Step 4: If desired soup can be thinned with water.
Step 5: Season to taste with salt and pepper.
