Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O gelatin (dessert)
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make

Step 1: Cook sugar, water, strawberry Jell-O powder, cream of tartar and dash salt together to boiling point and sugar is dissolved. Add slowly, while beating, to unbeaten egg whites in a thin stream. Beat continuously until stiff peaks are formed.
