Step 1: Brown hamburger, sausage, and onions in a large skillet.
Step 2: Drain well.
Step 3: Add Velveeta cheese, stir until melted.
Step 4: Add well drained Rotel.
Step 5: Place rye slices on two cookie sheets.
Step 6: Top with one heaping tablespoon of mixture.
Step 7: Place cookie sheets in the freezer for an hour.
Step 8: When frozen, place Hanky Panky's in freezer bags.
Step 9: To serve, take directly from freezer and bake at 350* for 10 to 15 minutes.
