Ingredients
- 3 cups honey
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 ounces pectin (liquid)
How to Make

Step 1: Combine honey and water. Boil over high heat. Add pectin. Stir constantly. Bring to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Skim.

Step 2: Pour into sterilized jars.
