Step 1: Put the eggs, sour cream or cottage cheese, flour and milk in a mini mixer, turn it on for half a minute to really mix the ingredients
Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients together
Step 3: Lightly spray a 10 inch skillet with oil, set your heat on medium (on my electric stove I set it between 6 and 7) pour in the egg mixture, cover, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Scatter the remaining ingredients over the omelet, cover and cook for 2 more minutes,
Step 5: Flip one side half way into the middle and serve
