Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounce) coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup minced bell pepper
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1/8 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (braggs is good)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 cup oil
How to Make

Step 1: Mix the salad dressing.

Step 2: Toss all salad stuff together. Mix with dressing (this is better overnight supposedly).
