Step 1: Cook onion and bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until brown.
Step 2: Increase to high, add mince and cook until browned and then stir in flour and herbs and cook for 2 minutes
Step 3: Add sauces and stock and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened and then set aside and cool.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 220C.
Step 5: Boil potatoes for 10 minutes until tender and then drain and mash adding the dairy spread milk and beat until smooth.
Step 6: Microwave peas on HIGH for 3 minutes and roughly mash.
Step 7: Press pastry sheets into Texas muffin tins, overlapping side to fit and fill with 1/4 cup of the mince, top with some of the peas and then the mashed potato.
Step 8: Spray with oil spray and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
