Step 1: To make the crust combine the butter and wafer crumbs. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9" buttered springform pan. Bake at 350f for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Remove from oven, Turn the oven to 425F.
Step 3: To make the filling; using an electric mixer blend together the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg is added. Stir in the vanilla.
Step 4: Remove half of the batter to another bowl.
Step 5: To one bowl of batter, add the melted white chocolate, blend well.
Step 6: To the other bowl, add the dark melted chocolate, blend well.
Step 7: Pour the dark chocolate batter into the prepared crumb crust. Spread evenly.
Step 8: Carefully spoon the white chocolate batter over top
Step 9: Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
Step 10: Reduce heat to 250f and continue baking for apprx 30-35 minutes or until the cake is barely firm.
Step 11: Remove from oven and run a knife around sides.
Step 12: Let it cool completely before removing sides.
Step 13: To glaze the cake; bring the cream to a simmer over low heat.
Step 14: Add chopped chocolate and stir until melted. Spoon over the cake.
