Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Spray a 9x9x2 inch pan with Pam.
Step 3: In a saucepan over low heat stir 5 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, butter and the unsweetened chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat.
Step 4: In a large bowl whisk together the sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture. Stir in the flour, nuts and chips
Step 5: Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out moist crumbs attached.
Step 6: Meanwhile bring the cream to a boil in a small pan. Remove from heat.
Step 7: Whisk in 3 ounces of the bittersweet chocolate. Pour glaze over the brownies. Chill uncovered for 1 hour.
