Step 1: Make the sauce mixing together the mayo, horseradish, lemon juice and pepper cover & place in fridge until ready for use.
Step 2: Gently mix together the chuck, worchestershire sauce, salt & pepper
Step 3: Form 3 or 4 patties
Step 4: On a lightly oiled pan cook the burgers apprx 4 minutes each side.
Step 5: When you flip the burger and after a minute add cheese to the top
Step 6: Cover with a lid and continue cooking until the cheese has melted and the pattie is cooked to your liking
Step 7: While the patties are cooking toast the buns.
Step 8: Place your patties on the buns, add your favorite condiments and the horseradish sauce
Step 9: Enjoy
