Step 1: Place cashews in bowl cover with 3 inches water soak over night. Drain liquid.
Step 2: Rinse cashews under cold water; drain.
Step 3: Puree oil, lemon juice, tahini, salt and water with cashews, about 6 minutes or until creamy.
Step 4: Place strainer line with triple layer cheese cloth. Put cashew mixture in bowl, fold over cheese cloth, form 6 inch oval loaf.
Step 5: Twist cloth secure with rubber bands. Put back in strainer over bowl let stand room temp for 12 hours.

Step 8: Chill
Step 9: Preheat oven 200 degrees f
Step 10: Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 11: Unwrap make 7 inch long logs
Step 12: In cheese clothes
Step 13: Re wrap and secure ends of cheese cloth
Step 14: And place on baking sheet
Step 15: Bake 35 minutes or until cheese is set out side but still soft turning every so often
Step 16: Cool and chill
Step 17: Unwrap cheese
Step 18: Sprinkle with peppercorns
Step 19: Patting to secure
