Step 1: Heat broth, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, vinegar, corn syrup and garlic powder to boiling in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally. Mix cornstarch and cold water; stir into sauce. Cook and stir about 30-60 seconds until thickened. Serve warm, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Goes well over shrimp or chicken.
