Ingredients
- 1 package (14 ounces) caramels (wrapped)
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 cups chopped pecan nuts
- 12 ounces chocolate (use a good quality melting chocolate, semi-sweet or whatever kind you like to use)
How to Make

Step 1: Melt caramels over a low heat with the cream.

Step 2: Mix in pecans.

Step 3: Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper, and chill several hours.

Step 4: Melt the coating over a low heat, dip pieces into it and place on wax paper.
