Step 1: In a medium sauce pan, combine the olives, olive oil, orange slices, lemon slices and rosemary and season to taste with red pepper flakes.
Step 2: Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Step 3: With a slotted spoon, transfer to a serving dish; reserve oil for another use.
Step 4: To store, let cool and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
