Step 1: Put enough oil in a pan to deep-fry the halloumi and heat it.
Step 2: Put flour in a shallow bowl.
Step 3: Mix eggs and a bit of milk together in a bowl.
Step 4: Put panko crumbs in a shallow bowl.
Step 5: Dip the halloumi pieces in flour.
Step 6: Dip the floured halloumi in the egg mixture.
Step 7: Dip in panko crumbs.
Step 8: Deep-fry the breaded halloumi sticks in the hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden.
Step 9: Remove with a slotted spoon and rest on paper towels.
Step 10: Arrange fried halloumi in a serving platter and serve with salsa.
