Step 1: In large pot, cook beef and sausage meat until it is cooked, then move to a bowl. Remove the fat from the meat from the pot.
Step 2: Add in a few tablespoons oil and heat the oil.
Step 3: Add in cabbage, onion and garlic into hot oil and cook stirring really often.
Step 4: Add tomato sauce, condensed soup, milk, and cream cheese, stirring well. Cook until hot but don't boil; about 5-6 minutes. Then you can add in salt and pepper.
Step 5: Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
