Step 1: Remove a thin slice from the side of the egg, so the egg will not roll over; this will be the bottom of the mouse.
Step 2: Slice the salami down the middle.
Step 3: Cut 2 thin slices, lengthwise, from the inside of each salami half, this will be the tails.
Step 4: Cut the halves in two, this will be the ears.
Step 5: At the small part of the egg and in the center, cut a small slit, just big enough to insert the broccoli floret, this is the nose.
Step 6: Just above the nose, cut two holes for the raisins to be inserted, this will be the eyes.
Step 7: Starting at the smaller part of the egg, where the nose is, cut two slits on each side, 1/3 of the way down the egg and insert two triangular pieces of salami, this will be the ears.
Step 8: Slice cheese cube in half crosswise to form two cheese triangles, one for each mouse.
Step 9: Plate mice on a dark platform and decorate with cheese pieces and serve.
