Step 1: Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat and add mince, cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps for 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 2: Add the massaman curry paste and stir fry for 1-2 minutes till fragrant.
Step 3: Add vegetables to pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender and remove from heat and stir in coriander.
Step 4: Fill cabbage leaves with chicken mixture and garnish with extra coriander leaves and add an extra squeeze a little lime juice over the meat mix.
