Step 1: Place the ground beef in a skillet and add the taco seasoning and water; cook until liquid is totally reduced and set aside.
Step 2: When dough is ready to be topped, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3: Mix the drained tomatoes and chilies with the chili powder and spread over the dough and top with pepperoni.
Step 4: Sprinkle the cheese over the pepperoni and tomato mixture and add the ground beef, hot peppers, onion and hot pepper flakes.
Step 5: Place in oven and cook for 30 to 35 minutes, until bottom of crust is golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes.
Step 7: Remove from pan, top with lettuce and slice.
Step 8: Enjoy.
