Step 1: Place all the ingredients except for lamb chop in a 8” by 8” non-reactive pan and whisk.
Step 2: Add the lamb chops, coating both sides and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning over every hour.
Step 3: Remove from marinade and grill or pan fry to desired doneness.
