Step 1: In a large heavy bottomed pot, bring the oil to medium high heat and add the onion, bell pepper and ground beef.
Step 2: Cook until browned and add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce heat; let simmer for half an hour.
Step 3: Ladle into bowls and serve with nacho chips and your favourite toppings.
Step 4: Enjoy!
