Step 1: Toast the waffles until golden brown and put on plates.
Step 2: Top with peach slices and spoon the passionfruit pulp over and top with the Fruche and drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
Step 3: VARIATION - replace the Fruche with any low-fat or diet flavoured yoghurt and the peach with any canned fruit in juice.
