Step 1: Prepare each flavor of Jello separately.
Step 2: Dissolve orange Jello into 1 cup boiling water and stir in cold water.
Step 3: Pour into an 8" square pan.
Step 4: Repeat with cherry and lime flavors.
Step 5: Chill until firm, at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Step 6: Combine pineapple juice and sugar in a small saucepan, and heat until sugar is dissolved.
Step 7: Remove from heat and dissolve lemon Jello in juice mixture.
Step 8: Stir in cold water.
Step 9: Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour 15 minutes.
Step 10: Meanwhile, cut first three flavors of Jello into 1/2" cubes.
Step 11: If making a crust, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter and press into bottom of a 9" springform pan. (You do not need to make the crust to make this in a springform pan.)
Step 12: Whip the cream.
Step 13: Blend whipped cream with lemon Jello mixture.
Step 14: Fold in Jello cubes.
Step 15: Pour into a 3-quart mold or 9" springform pan (with or without crust).
Step 16: Chill at least 5 hours.
Step 17: Unmold before serving.
