Step 1: In a large fry pan add the tablespoon of oil, saute your onion and garlic for 3 minutes
Step 2: Add ground chicken and stir breaking up any lumps, fry until chicken is lightly browned about 10 minutes
Step 3: Pour in the broth and water, bring to a simmer
Step 4: Add 3 Glico curry cubes, melt and taste. Add more if you like it spicy hot
Step 5: Stir and simmer until the curry has thickened approximately 10 minutes
Step 6: While it is simmering cook your rice. Use whatever method you like.
Step 7: Wrap your chpatis in foil and warm 350f oven 5 minute
Step 8: Have your condiments prepared and in small separate bowls on the table. You may mix the tomatoes and onions together.
Step 9: To serve add a serving of rice in each of four bowls top with a generous amount of curried chicken. Let each person add their own condiments. Enjoy!
