Step 1: Combine marinade ingredients in a large zip-lock bag.
Step 2: Add pork chops, seal bag and squish to evenly coat.
Step 3: Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Step 4: Then preheat grill over medium heat.
Step 5: Remove pork chops from zip-lock bag and discard marinade.
Step 6: Grill, covered, for 11-13 minutes or until done, turning once.
Step 7: Pork chops are done when slightly pink in center and juices run clear.
