Step 1: Heat oven to 375° F.
Step 2: On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts and grapes with the oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Turn the Brussels sprouts cut-side down and roast until golden brown and tender, 20 to 30 minutes. (Check at 20 and 25 minutes!)
Step 4: Place roasted Brussels sprouts and grapes on a serving platter. Garnish with optional toasted pecans.
