Step 1: Brown ground beef with the onion. Drain grease.
Step 2: Transfer meat to a dutch oven, and stir in veggies, tomatoes, soup, water, beans, oregano and salt.
Step 3: Bring mixture to a boil and stir in the rice.
Step 4: Cover and simmer until rice is tender. About 5 minutes.
Step 5: Sprinkle the top with cheese, when melted, serve!
