Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 (3 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 2 1/2 cups flour
How to Make

Step 1: Cream butter and cream cheese and mix in sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Add the flour and stir it in.

Step 2: Chill the dough for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the dough and cut out. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 4: After cookies have cooled, ice and decorate with your favorite icing.
