Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles chocolate mousse. Over mixing will result in a thinner consistency- but you can still enjoy it as a cold smoothie if this happens.
Step 2: Serve immediately OR place in an airtight container and freeze (stir every hour or so until frozen solid, about 2-3 hours).
