Step 1: Brown beef, onion and garlic in large saucepan with salt, drain off grease.
Step 2: Add remaining ingredients. If not enough liquid, add some more water and another bouillon cube. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3: Serve with sliced avocados or sour cream.
