Roast Pork Loins With Rosemary and Thyme

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pound pork tenderloins (or two 1/2 lb pork tenderloins, trimmed of fat)
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Place pork in pan coated with nonstick spray.

Step 2: Combine mustard, honey, herbs and pepper and brush on top of pork sparingly.

Step 3: Insert meat thermometer and roast at 350°F, basting occasionally, until thermometer reads 160°--about 50-60 minutes.
