Step 1: Whisk together first seven ingredients and set aside.
Step 2: Sprinkle garlic salt over meat and mix well.
Step 3: Drizzle just enough vegetable oil to coat bottom of skillet.
Step 4: Bring to high heat and brown the meat.
Step 5: Drain whatever fat from skillet and add the orange ginger mixture to meat.
Step 6: Add snow peas.
Step 7: Lower heat and simmer until cooked through.
Step 8: Serve with white rice or by itself.
