Spiced Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups pecans
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
How to Make

Step 1: Beat the egg white with water.

Step 2: Stir in the pecans until wet.

Step 3: In separate bowl, mix the sugar, salt and spices.

Step 4: Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and mix thoroughly.

Step 5: Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 300°F 30 minutes.
